To manufacture our gourmet product we use no less than different coffee types types wisely combined together, with roasting time with roasting time of about 28-29 minutes; big multinationals roast coffee in no more than 4 minutes, as a result the coffee tastes purposefully “bitter” coffee, leaving the palate with that acid taste typical of “industrial” coffee.
In the stages of our production we combine different origins, for example the Rwandan coffee, whose flavour reminds of wood, the Ugandan one, which has a slightly fruity flavour and so on. We suggest a selected blend, with a different and specific aroma, according to our personal “recipe” and a unique taste and flavour.
